Owned and operated by: Talent Bucket Children

Last Updated: 24th August 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to My Tiny Guide ("App", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), owned and operated by Talent Bucket Children.

My Tiny Guide is a parent-focused discovery and business listing platform designed to help parents and guardians discover information about activities, education, sports, entertainment, fashion, services, venues, events and other offerings relevant to children.

Businesses, institutes, organisations and service providers may submit their listings, while registered users can explore available information and contact listed businesses directly.

My Tiny Guide is not operated by or for children as independent users. The App is intended primarily for parents, guardians and other adults seeking information relating to children's needs.

We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, when it may be shared, how we protect it and the choices available to you.

By registering for or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only information that is reasonably necessary for providing and improving the App and its features.

A. Information provided by users

When you register or use particular features of the App, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Mobile number
  • Email address
  • City
  • State
  • Selected locality or preferred search area
  • Broad age-group preferences, where voluntarily provided
  • Profile information voluntarily provided by you
  • Information submitted through support, report or other forms

We do not require users to provide a child's full name, exact date of birth, school name, home address or other unnecessary identifying information merely to discover listings.

3. Location Information

Location access is an active feature of My Tiny Guide.

With your permission, the App may access your device's location while you are using the App in order to provide location-based features.

We may use location information to:

  • Show businesses and services near you
  • Display relevant nearby listings
  • Help you search by distance or locality
  • Provide directions or map-related features
  • Improve location-based discovery

The App will request the relevant permission through your device.

You may manage or disable location permission through your device settings. However, disabling location access may affect features that depend on your location.

We do not intend to use your location to unnecessarily identify, monitor or track you outside the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Device and Technical Information

We will not collect technical information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Information intended to form part of a public business listing may be displayed to users of the App and, where applicable, on the My Tiny Guide website.

Listing owners are responsible for ensuring that the information and materials they submit are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit them.

Vendor and Business Verification Documents

To help maintain the quality and authenticity of listings, My Tiny Guide may require a vendor, business owner, authorised representative or organisation to provide appropriate identification and business-related documents before a listing is approved or published.

Depending on the type of listing and applicable requirements, this may include:

  • Government-issued identity document of the owner or authorised representative
  • Business registration or incorporation document
  • GST registration certificate, where applicable
  • Shop & Establishment registration, trade licence or other applicable business registration
  • Professional or sector-specific licence/certificate, where applicable
  • Other reasonable documents required to establish the identity or legitimacy of the business

These documents are collected for verification and administrative purposes and are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of the business listing.

We may review the submitted documents to determine whether the person submitting the listing appears to be authorised to represent the business and whether the business information provided is reasonably supported by the documentation.

Submission or acceptance of verification documents does not constitute a certification, endorsement, guarantee or legal accreditation of the business or its services by My Tiny Guide or Talent Bucket Children.

We may retain verification records for as long as reasonably necessary for verification, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance or other legitimate purposes, subject to applicable law.

6. Information About Children

My Tiny Guide is designed for parents and guardians to discover information, activities, services and experiences relevant to children. The App is not intended for children to independently create accounts or submit personal information.

My Tiny Guide does not collect personal information directly from children. Parents or guardians may optionally select a broad age-range category in the App to help find listings that may be relevant to their child's age group.

The age-range selection is used only to support relevant listing discovery and does not require us to collect the child's name, exact date of birth, phone number, address, school details, photograph, identification documents, medical information or other personal information.

Other than the broad age-range category selected by a parent or guardian, My Tiny Guide does not ask for or collect information about the child.
