Businesses, organisations, institutes and service providers may submit listings, while users can explore available information and contact listed businesses directly.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Tiny Guide App, Website and related services.
By registering for, accessing or using My Tiny Guide, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Intended Users

The Platform is not intended for children to independently create accounts, submit listings or enter into transactions with businesses.

3. Nature of My Tiny Guide

My Tiny Guide may also participate in affiliate or referral programmes with selected businesses, service providers or third-party platforms. Where applicable, My Tiny Guide may receive a commission or other benefit when a user purchases, registers for or otherwise engages with a service through an applicable affiliate or referral link.
An affiliate relationship, Featured Listing, paid promotional placement or other commercial relationship does not by itself constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee of the business, product or service.
My Tiny Guide does not guarantee or certify the quality, safety, availability, pricing, qualifications, licences, results, suitability or accuracy of information relating to third-party businesses, products or services.
Users should independently evaluate and verify any business, product or service before making a decision or transaction.
4. Business Listings
Businesses, organisations, institutes and service providers may submit information for publication on My Tiny Guide.

My Tiny Guide and Talent Bucket Children are not responsible for:

22. Free Listings, Voluntary Contributions and Future Paid Services
My Tiny Guide currently provides listing opportunities free of charge, subject to our policies and eligibility requirements.
We may introduce paid services in the future, including subscriptions, premium listings, Featured Listings, promotional placements or other monetisation options.
Any paid service introduced in the future will be subject to applicable terms, pricing and conditions communicated to the relevant user or vendor before purchase.
Being listed or using My Tiny Guide for free today does not guarantee that all future services or features will remain free.
My Tiny Guide also offers an optional feature called “Buy Us a Tiny Treat”, which is available only to registered users. Registered users may voluntarily contribute an amount of their choice to support the continued development, maintenance and operation of My Tiny Guide.
Contributions through “Buy Us a Tiny Treat” do not provide any special listing, preferential treatment, product, service or guaranteed benefit.
23. Advertising and Featured Listings
My Tiny Guide offers Featured Listings, promotional placements and other advertising opportunities to businesses and service providers.
Paid or promotional content may be identified as Featured, Promoted, Sponsored or Advertising content, as applicable.
A paid or Featured Listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by My Tiny Guide or Talent Bucket Children of the business, its services, quality, safety, qualifications, pricing or results.
All paid and promotional listings remain subject to our listing, moderation and family-friendly content policies.
24. External Links
My Tiny Guide may contain links to third-party websites, applications, social-media profiles, maps or other services.
We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their:
